Booking a table

Table reservations are handled by ResDiary, a third-party booking platform. When you book through the widget on our booking page, the details you enter (name, contact details, party size, any notes) go to ResDiary and to us so we can hold your table. ResDiary processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Enquiry forms

If you send a private hire, corporate or general enquiry, we receive the details you provide so we can reply. We use them to answer your enquiry and to organise your event - nothing else. We don't sell your details or pass them to third parties for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

With your consent we load Google Analytics 4, which tells us anonymised things like which pages are popular and whether people are finding the booking page. Analytics does not run until you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

The booking widget and the embedded map are provided by ResDiary and Google respectively and may set their own cookies when they load.

How long we keep things

Booking and enquiry records are kept only as long as we need them to run the business and meet our accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Joseph@tenstreetssocial.co.uk and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This policy covers the website. It is written to be accurate about what this site actually does - if the venue adds new tools or a booking system changes, it should be updated to match.
